hell, I have a bone to pick with one in particular, often doing drawovers of pics they have no permission for from the rights holders, FOR PROFIT, and simply slapping a filter or two on a picture off of wikipedia and calling it "background", with zero credit. actual scum.

and there are mfs out there fucking stealing others' artwork, or even drawing over AI shit, making FAT STACKS. fucking kill me.

used to trace when i started off, while i was still learning, then i stopped even referencing cuz of how derangedly paranoid people were on dA, i still hesitate to reference things i didn't draw for any of my drawings

today i got reminded that there are "artists" out there tracing shit for profit and making buck while i work my ass off for less than half the minimum wage and burn myself out, great.
