The apples and pears are picked. The pears are ginormous! Much bigger than I can ever buy, and there's twice as many apples as last year off this one tree.

Plus I'm still getting lots of tomatoes 🌱

We had a beautiful escape to the beach yesterday on the Fundy coast.

Not only were the temperatures cooler, but when we arrived at high tide it was like our own salt water wave pool!

Grateful there is now a 70% chance of rain on Thursday! (serious drought here)

We are currently in a drought which requires some deep watering of the garden. That gives me time to snack and the opportunity to harvest a snack for my love 💙

I know we could give another rescue dog a good home but I think it's still too soon.
