Its one of those things where it is just so hard to talk about because you don't want to spoil it. He breaks you, beats you and hurts you over and over and in the end you are going to think him for it. WTF! Lol 😆

Unbelievable, im actually speechless by this ending. The twist, while we get a glimpse here and there in hindsight was so diabolical and sneaky. This has to be one of the cleaverest written twists I have read. Jay Kristoff has crafted a masterpiece. Best series of the year for me.

Probably the best follow up book I have ever read. This story grabs you with sharpened fangs and drains you. Like a concerto the second movement is slower and emotional and by the end of this one you won't have a dry eye.

Perfect night for Frnch Onion Soup.
The vegan Gruyère came out perfect. It was rich amd stringy. Definitely giving me an excuse to buy some French Onion Soup Crocks. It went perfectly with our BLTs on Everything Bread. ☺️

I found these Enoki Mushrooms at the store and damn they were amazing. I used a vegan chicken stock to help flavor them. Mashed turnips on the side and some Sweet Baby Rays for dipping fucking good.

Late-night romatic quiet dinner at home. This is a Creamy Tuscan Orzo and it was so damn good. Topped with fresh basil and vegan parm to round it out. Also added some toasted sourdough on the side to sop it up at the end. Quick , easy and filling.

Got my copy yesterday! I had to wait because I ordered from a small local book seller and yes I did pay more than some larger places but im fine with that. Support local bussiness!

Violent, dark, funny and as gritty as a country paved road. This what I have come to expect from a Joe Abercrombie novel. This one is going to make it easily in my top 10 of the year as a favorite book. Absolutely enjoyed the ride.
