An unenviable position to be in /hug. To me, grieving always felt like my love for them suddenly having nowhere to go, frozen in time since I would perceive things later than everyone else, but feel things much harder. I eventually found peace in writing to my loved ones, or creating art for them.

Extended wrist, slightly hyperextended index depending on how long my nails are, and dynamic tripod. I switch to an underhand (?) grip when doing gestures, kinda using my pinky as stabilization
I rarely use the same grip in one drawing, but writing grip is the same.
