Another epic but industrial walk at the weekend followed by some lovely rare roast lamb. Gym earlier but was very tired. I did lift llamas though.
Been slack on here. Epic walk at the weekend. Much scenery. Seems forever to my next proper holiday at WGT. When it will not be constantly damp and freezing. And I might be reasonably fit.

Trip to Hamburg was great. Starting ronramp up the gym visits now so it's not such a shock in the new year
Not very good at catching up here. Finally back at the fitness stuff, so of course my routine will be shattered when I go on holiday in a couple of days. Instead, I will be doing 30k steps a day in the freezing cold with added Glühwein so I'll take that.

Quite. The only thing that bothers me in public toilets is people throwing up, because I'm an emetophobe. That's not gender specific. As long as you don't piss on the seat, or hand me loo roll if there's none in my cubicle, I don't care what you're pissing out of.
