One of the harmful myths about drug & alcohol use is that someone needs to "hit rock bottom" before they can get help.
The reality: Early intervention saves lives. Recovery can begin at ANY stage. There is no 'right' time.
Recovery starts with reaching out, and it looks different for everyone.
September is Recovery Month.
We believe that recovery should be on your terms.
Recovery doesn't look the same for everyone. It can be about safer use, reducing harm, rebuilding relationships, finding stability, or abstinence.
Whatever recovery looks like, it deserves recognition and celebration.

One of our new housing support services in Flintshire now has a name and a look.
The name Seren Gogledd symbolises a guiding light, a steady presence in the North.
This logo was co-designed with people with lived and living experience and staff.
