VS was lowkey on life support 5 years ago. Making cute shit in sizes L-XXL and having more model variety helped their PR. It was a bumpy road, they had that phase where they toom away the glam while being inclusive, forgetting both can coexist but they eventually got it, I have no complaints.

I see jealous lazy girls who expected opportunities to just fall into their lap bc they are skinny and pale and were groomed to believe that's all it took to be perfect. So seeing other body types on the runway makes them mad. It's weird bc they don't even shop at VS like that.

I think people fail to realise skinny isn't enough to model, these people have professional experience, style and unreal face cards. There's a reason 102lb Paris Hilton wasn't on any legit runway in the back in the day despite being tall, thin and having connections.

Maybe I'd take the hate comments about who was casted in the VS fashion show seriously if the people talking bought something other than heather grey hoodies and the vanilla body spray from the stores. Like at least be the glamorous angelic kind of girl you claim you want to see on the runway.

I pray I never fall out of love with my face, very blessed like I do not take it for granted at all.
