Increasingly convinced the main damage cell phones have done to creativity isn't decreased attention spans or what not but the elimination of productive boredom. Inspiration comes from the mind filling the void inside. Hard to make art when you're constantly silencing the silence with "content."

The National party and coalition government have outdone themselves in showing that they are not responsible economic managers, or responsible managers of any other area. So far they have:

Even cooler! Near null island, there's a set of points shaped like the US (you can see Florida in the lower right.) But when you zoom out, they're off the coast of Liberia, exactly where they'd be if the latitude and longitude were both divided by 10 (eg so NYC is at 4.1, -7.4 instead of 40.7, -74).
