In Super Mario RPG, when Nimbus Castle is freed from Valentina's control, one room will have golden statues of Mario and his party on display. However, internally, these aren't "golden statue" objects at all. Instead, these are NPCs that are copies of Mario and his party, which are colored gold at runtime. In the Switch version of Super Mario RPG, Mallow is bad at dancing. His dance is very slightly out of sync with the other characters, which becomes more and more noticeable the longer the player stays on the level-up screen. Whether this is deliberate or an oversight is unknown.
