Y’all, I finally caught it on camera! Flirty sometimes scratches her ear with a back hoof like a dog!!

Photo dump from the Farmer’s Market! Met up with a friend and her service dog. It was nice!!! Got some fresh fruit, veggies, and some treats for Flirty and for me.

All I have to say about the first pic is, “Great Dane for scale!”

After pics! I’m so happy with how she turned out. And she stands so nicely for her clipping. I have a halter and leash on her, but I don’t hold on to it and just use the leash to reposition her occasionally. Oh, and I trimmed up her mane a bit.

Okay, the tiny horse is body clipped. I have a grocery sack full of hair, and even more hair on me. Some of it is in places that horse hair should never be. 😳🤪😂 I’m about to shower and get cleaned up, the. I will share pics!

Now she gets to chill for a few hours while her coat dries. She has cooler on, which is a type of blanket that helps her dry while simultaneously keeping her from chilling in the AC.

🎶 Splish splash she was taking a bath 🎶

It’s body clipping day, so we start with a shampoo and conditioner to prep her coat for the clippers. It also got a lot of loose hair out, too.

We are safe! The worst has passed. All we got is one smallish limb in our yards from the neighbor’s tree.

Time to batten down the hatches. The emergency alert system woke me up and sent us scrambling for the basement storm shelter. No tornadoes, just extreme winds of 80-90 mph.

Flirty’s new Pride halter that we were gifted by a follower has arrived! I was worried it was too big, but it actually fits! I just need to trim and reseal the end tie end.

All I did was brush her! I don’t even have a shedding tool because I lost my SleekEZ and had to order another one. And I got THIS MUCH hair off her?!

I have therapy today and I’m trying my best to combat Flirty’s shedding, so I have broken out her full body suit. 😂
