God I haven't gposed in nearly a month, stress is one hell of a deterrent ;w;

I don't check bluesky in nearly a week and this is the first thing I see when I opened the app. Cursed.

It was genuinely fucked as the sheer stress of it all caused my wife to go into labour prematurely. She'd already been bed ridden with health issues for 5 months, so we were ready stressed out, and to add having to find a new house and move out was just too much for her body to handle.

Thats exactly what's happening to us now, our fixed term lease ends in April and the landlord is refusing to renew it for another year and has instead opted for a month by month lease, which leaves me with zero security as I can just get kicked out at any point now, so I'll always be stressed

God they're so evil for doing that right before Christmas, I'm so sorry. Our last landlord kicked us out when my wife was 8 months pregnant, after a 4 year perfect tenancy, never missed a payment or failed an inspection. Landlord just went lol bye I'm selling the house, get out.

I hope we don't get kicked out too, but the unfortunate thing is that if we do, it's just guaranteed that the next place we move into to rent will just treat us the same. Been renting for 15 years now, and it just keeps happening over and over again, every landlord is the same.

God I wish, with the amount of times I've been screwed over by them in the last 15 years. We get screwed over in one way or another every 4 years like clockwork, I'm so tired of being stuck in a horrible renting cycle with no way of ever affording my own house because all my money just goes to rent

It's especially frustrating as we don't know for sure, as like usual the real estate we rent through are being evasive to our concerns. I'd like to hope that everything will be fine and I'm wrong, but this ain't my first rodeo with being fucked over by landlords.

Sorry for not being active recently, I'm under an extreme amount of stress lately. For one, I'm highly suspicious that my landlord is planning to kick us out soon, so I'm spending a tonne of time and energy I don't have to declutter years of junk, just incase to prepare for the worst.

My crackpot theory that I just made up is that they're so obsessed with their perverted thoughts of childlike lalafell that they do everything they can to prevent mods making us appear like adults, so everyone is stuck modding lalas with looks that suits their bad views of us to continue the cycle.
