Getting laid off from my job of nearly 8 years (after being told I could expect a raise and promotion) right before Christmas has completely flung my life up in the air. I've been remaining positive but it is crazy how much change I've gone through in the last couple months.

I spent almost 7 years teaching myself C# for my job and now I'm essentially starting over with Python. Thankfully they're similar and it feels easier to pickup a lot of things but I miss C# already
