29.07.2025 20:37 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Some days I feel like I'm on a crusade to teach people about Executive Functions. It really does help in personal life and the workplace. It's a positive journey, so I'm happy on this crusade. A bit of general info in my latest blog: www.meganstrant.com/how-educatin...
24.07.2025 06:15 β π 1 π 1 π¬ 0 π 0I still have one tenant from 2017, because they disabled my guest account.
Can't leave. :-/
Mine would be easy, because for every response I'd just channel Logan Roy.

So, who pays?
The experts are already giving their time and expertise. Should they cover the cost of food and venue hire too?
Such entitlement!

07.07.2025 11:15 β π 5 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0I would say no, as many others have successfully implemented it.
Do you have the appropriate licenses and roles?
I'm wishing my white goods would die so I have a reason to replace them with smart ones.
I have power monitoring on them, but it pains me to have such limited control given the level of everything else in the house.
You are a hero sir
12.06.2025 10:55 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0I used the local API on my UDM to connect.
It was a completely random thing as I was trying to see what kind of data I could pull from my UniFi kit, to see if it could be connected with data in Microsoft Places and other physical sources to give a definitive picture of attendance.
Totes awks!

Today's solution looking for a problem: hooked up Power BI to my #Ubiquiti network. As long as the items have some of naming convention in UniFi I can break things up into more visuals and graphs.
Only works in desktop at this stage as the API isn't available to the web.

Dear Microsoft, when I open up "Microsoft 365 Copilot" (formerly the home screen of #Microsoft365) and press the Create button, images are not the first thing I want to see.
The productivity app content should not be buried under "more".

Ah... #PowerBI... continuing to make errors when it comes to #OneDrive or #SharePoint

I haven't lost weight from my gym efforts, but am a lot stronger and able to do things without injury, as well as stand up from the couch in one move without using hands or making sound!
That is good!

First, there was confusion between Copilot being for or in something.
Now enters a new contender: OneNote *for* Windows vs OneNote *on* Windows.

Then we'll tell your team leads that we'd like to see their team members come in.
Then we'll raise it in your performance review. Not as a negative, but as a thing, just hanging there so you feel compelled to come in.
