Under Trump, Migrant Justice won many deportation defense campaigns, expanded 'sanctuary' cities across Vermont, sued DHS/ICE for constitutional rights infringements, improved conditions for undocumented workers through groundbreaking programs, and continue to fight to this day.
Following the onslaught of horrifying Trump appointments and promises, this inauguration month it's important to remember that well organized groups like @migrantjustice.bsky.social have been here before and have successfully organized against the Trump administration.
