Been noticing this for a few weeks and have had conversations with family who’ve noticed it too. More “real” conversations in anonymous situations. “You guys been safe?” “How you doing in these times?” “Taking care of yourself?” —that sort of thing in random retail exchanges between strangers.

The situation in Minneapolis: even though the ICE presence in the city is greatly reduced, and national attention has moved on, a huge portion of our population remains essentially in hiding, devastating the schools and economy. In particular, much of the education system remains in crisis
