Holy shit DOGE lied? No they caught all the fraudsters and embezzlers. Everyone of them were arrested tried and convicted. All of the waste embezzlement was clearly laid out in the public documents. Oh shit wait none of that happened. Lots of jobs and money disappeared.

Like our founding fathers before us, we are now ruled by a tyrannical oligarchy. The last bastions of democracy which remain are our votes and our voice. And those too are being taken away.

My optimism about our ability to save our democracy comes from my experience. No matter how broken or bruised our democracy is today, I have seen it work and I know it can work again. I have seen the power of collective action. I know it can save us now.
