Many thanks for sharing (for the headline alone!)--however, most IT articles are paywalled. Is there any way to make this accessible?

Absolutely agree this needs to be amplified. Normative platforms remain a problem due to ownership, censorship and data-mining but time-specific information dissemination is crucial. I believe local radio is doing good work on this front too.
