There needs to be arrests. A lot. And it's not the protesters. That doesn't have to be violent. But it seems there is no legal mechanism to make that a reality, when the feds seize all the evidence and prevent state law enforcement from even investigating.

That would be true for normal empathetic human beings. But that's not what we are being forced to deal with. I'll leave it to others to suggest appropriate adjectives...
