Also, the alternative/punk/gay fashion I’m talking on is leather/rivethead/goth stuff if that isn’t clear… easily painted as sadomasochistic or bondage by homophobes & conservatives, there’s fetish versions of it too, but same with your average salaryman or military garb lol.

“Unlawful pornography” is a loaded term that makes you think of the bestiality they mention earlier in the bill, but it says right there they wanna stop ALL slight sexual images from being shared outside of a man/woman’s marital relationship. Much to think about.

If they wanted laws to penalize rape, child pornography, sex trafficking, and underage access to pornography, they would not be sliding in the rest of these specific terms about censoring women’s bodies, or obviously alrernative/punk/gay subcultures that aren’t sexual nor unsafe for children to see.

I think it is important to look at SB593’s original wording too. Specifically, “lewd exhibition of female breasts”, any gender’s buttocks, and whatever is determined to be sexual bondage/torture.
