they treat patients as if any of their life circumstances don't apply it's like yeah i can imagine im treatment resistant if im not in a good environment. then other doctors judge you based off that -_- it's miserable but i can't take it as a personal failing it's literally on them

its such a bs diagnosis to me and in my experience gets slapped on you if you ever say a side effect of a pill hurt you more than the good effects benefited you, or they take the "how do you feel scale of 1-5" as empirical evidence to if the meds therapy combo works. like god i think it depends
