As someone watching the decline of the empire from a different country, it's hard to tell what is parody and what isn't.
We like to think of right-wing Americans as stupid, but its getting to a point of feeling sad for them. If they honestly believe this, it's a scary level of ignorance.
Whenever I feel overwhelmed by the rise of fascism around the world, I like to go check on my walk-away kit - a swag, hunting/cooking gear, and a machete.
As someone who has taken on some land to be more self-sufficient and grow food for my community, I am searching for things like homesteading, food preservation and water collection.
It leads to a very right-wing hole in the search results...
