F.B.I. Says It Found Largest Cache of Homemade Explosives in Its History at Va. Farm Investigators discovered more than 150 devices, mostly pipe bombs, on a property outside Norfolk, court papers say.

The fact that the FBI didn’t hold a press conference announcing the largest seizure of self-made explosives in history tells you everything you need to know about race and ideology of the suspect. Wanna guess? www.nytimes.com/2024/12/31/u...

John Roberts is very upset that the public has lost confidence in John Roberts and the institution John Roberts leads following a series of confidence-cratering actions by John Roberts and his colleagues, and therefore would like everyone to know that this is not John Roberts' fault, it's yours.

When I wrote for Law & Order, we fake-murdered more people on all three shows than were actually murdered in NYC that year. And that was just three shows on one network.

Murder mysteries make good stories. But they’re just stories.

You’re safer than you think.

I would love to see a bunch of musical artists and celebrities put on a nationally televised tribute concert for Pres. Jimmy Carter on inauguration day with all proceeds going to Habitat for Humanity.

Lately, I have been putting my years of experience and training into playing musical theater. People love it, and it's really challenging. All those tempo changes, key changes, and different styles!

You might be worried that Elon Musk has bought Trump with 270 million dollars. Luckily, it would be completely in character for Trump to give him almost nothing in return. Stiffing people is his favorite hobby.

It appears Musk came to US on a student visa, did not attend school and worked illegally here.

If he lied in his subsequent immigration applications he committed a felony level crime and could be stripped of his citizenship and security clearances.

Musk's brother: "We were illegal immigrants."

A Deadly Apathy | David Shulman A blank indifference to cruelty and atrocity as a normative mode of waging war has infected Israel's collective conscience.

Please read this heartbreaking account.

If only 3/4 of it is true — and I think it’s much more— the Israel of my own beloved relatives has lost its mind, its heart, and its soul.

Like David Schulman, “I can’t help asking myself: For this we created a Jewish state?”

You're basing this conclusion on one field of endeavor, politics. If you examine other fields, you will find that ageism is widely practiced. You can start with housing segregation.

Just possibly, could this guy lack the temperament and character to be providing sound advice to an American president?

It is gratifying to see the leaders of the GOP feuding publicly over immigration policy even before Trump takes office.

They want fewer Americans going to college to create larger pools of low cost labor.

They want to import for higher skill jobs, but handcuff them with work visas.

It's a seismic labor grift devised by Bond villains.

It's great for them. Not so good for you.

The concentration of wealth in the hands of an elite few isn't just bad for our economy. It's corrosive to our democracy.

When the wealthy and well-connected control our political system, the American people don't have a voice.

The result is demagoguery and corruption.
