New York in 1977: you could see television and talking heads at CBGBs, DJ Kool Herc etc + the birth of hip hop in the Bronx, go to the opening of studio 54 and see the height of disco in clubs, + Steve Reich + Phillip Glass' early minimalist concerts

Gradual exposure to food allergens as a treatment can do amazing things. Two years ago our daughter went to hospital in anaphylaxis having milk in cooked food at nursery, a year of the ‘milk ladder’ at home via KCLH and she now is dairy allergy free
