Book from a dream (title something about Iron and Sea, maybe?) is sitting pretty at 34162. I have some big holes to write ahead of me but they're slowly getting filled with lace.

I talked a writing puzzle out with my husband and then thanked him. He said "Honestly, I kind of tuned out. I heard 'I wrote myself into a problem' and then a bunch of mumbling and 'oh, never mind, I solved it'. So...you're welcome?"

We all love those giant skeletons, but let's not overlook the little skeletons swarming over houses and telephone poles. That some good Halloween right there.

Oh yes, and they're mocking you while they plan.

Oh, this unexpectedly made me emotional in the same way as "For Frodo." I will add "my chief rabbit told me to defend this run" to my self-motivational phrases.

The good news: Act 1 of the incredibly rough draft of my WIP is done!

The bad news: I still have 3/4 of the book to write. 😅

Book from a dream (I really need a title...) is around 28000. I have two and half more chapters to go in the first part. My goal had been 30k for the part one so I may need to revise upward, or cut the number of chapters in parts 2 and 3.
