Point out that CMS runs with a 2% overhead cost where private insurance companies spend millions on just advertising and put you through hoops to get things paid. They decide copays of medicine, tests, equipment, etc

Medicare for All opens that choice for everyone.

There are exceptions under threat of death like loss of a limb or other things where Medicaid steps in. It's very rare.

After careful and thorough analysis, I have determined that the combined number of undocumented migrants on Medicaid AND the ACA is zero.

That means if we stopped spending the money on that, we would save zero dollars.
