I dunno, there's just something very bittersweet about a peer reviewed paper explaining just how covid-19 can do so much to your body and immune system saying that, "All you people demanding mitigations? You're not "anxious". You're objectively right."

Please, read this. It's a bit dense at parts, and I do encourage looking up terms you're unfamiliar with. I know I regularly have to remind myself what the hell a cytokine is.

But overall, it's very readable, brings up good points, and recognizes that those calling for mitigations have a point.
