Corn Chowder
1. Sautée 1/2 onion and 1/2 bell pepper, chopped, in 1 tbsp butter
2. Add 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cut up, with 2 c. water. Boil till potatoes are mushy.
3. Add 12 oz evap. milk and 1 can cream style corn. Heat.
4. Salt and pepper to taste.
