I like to believe that the love I have now will be enough to keep me here. It's why I haven't given up again.

I went back to college part-time. It took ten years, but I graduated in 2022 and had my first real job not even two months later.

I used my first paycheck to treat myself to a Valve Index and VRChat, which exploded my non-existent social life. I also met a wonderful man who's now my fiance.

I basically didn't get to have a 20s because of my bipolar disorder. I usually cycle between depression and mixed episodes. Untreated, my depression was often psychotic.

Getting the right diagnosis after my first mania got me on my first stabilizers. I finally started living and not just existing.
