Early exit polls suggest the new pope did particularly well with male voters aged 45-79.
Senior officials in Saskatchewan's ministry of agriculture used the province's political clout against federal and international environmental rules on behalf of the pesticide industry, Canada's National Observer has found. www.nationalobserver.com/2025/05/06/n...
Maybe someone in Alberta can gimme a timeline on when you all might be willing to accept that everything - EVERYTHING - Danielle Smith is doing right now is about the AHS scandal.
ALL. OF. IT.
Yes, THAT is how bad this scandal is. Accept it & pass it on.

Smith has touched off a firestorm!
Today Chief Allan Adam of the Athabasca Chipewyan First Nation called for all resource exploration to cease, citing First Nations responsibility to the crown under treaty and questioning who Smith was exploring for.

Ladies and gentlethings... We got 'em 🥲
I think Saskatchewan needs to follow the Vatican's approach to announcing new leadership. It would be more honest.
When the Co-op Refinery flare stake ignites, you know the oil industry has chosen a new Premier.
“Today we stand united. We’re not going anywhere. And if you feel that you have problems with First Nations, YOU could leave.”
That’s a Paddlin’
Me, too. It’s Scheer madness how he continues to be re-elected, but then again, SK keeps re-electing the inept and corrupt Sask Party, so.
*Raps in Eminem*
Guess who’s back, back again?
Scheer’s back, to con you, friend
Why do we undervalue the lives of disabled people so much? Why do we expect them to survive on a disability benefit that keeps them below poverty line - especially when being chronically ill drives expenses up?
A former “friend” explained it ti me & showed me how entrenched ableism is 🧵
As oil is tanking I want to remind #abpoli & #saskpoli that when normal Canadians advocate for a green transition, we never ever mean at the expense of Albertans or Saskatchewanians. We mean let’s build a green future with you leading it, and profiting from it instead of oil billionaires.
And I say this as a Saskatchewanian, living under a corrupt provincial government. It’s imperative we get Big Oil out of the pockets of our provincial politicians/governments for our own well-being and for that of future generations.
With a country so rich in natural resources, it’s time for Canada to establish a sovereign wealth fund. Had the CDN gov done so decades ago, the fund would be robust, limiting the influence of lobbyists and robber barons, and green initiatives (including job creation) would be much further advanced.
*Wipes forehead in relief* I didn’t want to be the one to have to say it, so thank you for relieving the pressure.
*Snorts* It appears so.
They’re not nicknamed clownvoy for nothing.
I have failed my Norwegian and Swedish ancestors. 🤦🏻♀️
Anonymous donation to the Sask Party last year.
$25k from a numbered Alberta Corporation.
No problem?
Not under our outdated wild west political donation laws.
Pierre Poilievre in a nutshell.
If ever there was a case to drain the swamp...
A pelican fishing at the Saskatoon weir.
Great capture!
We always knew Conservatives heads on the prairies would start exploding if the Liberals won another mandate. There's no excuse to do a convoy, so now it's separatism.
It would cost millions to rebuild/refurbish 24 Sussex Drive, but I bet the carpeting wouldn’t cost $280,000.
Something something liberals are divisive.
Sure Kevin.
13 active wildfires in Saskatchewan.
90 fires to date this fire season.
Early fire season start, windy day coming.
Heading into the Saskatchewan Landing
Media-shy Poilievre is running to lead a small rural town, and as someone from a small rural town I can tell you that he is NOT ready for the level of gossip that spreads there. You can avoid reporters, but you can't avoid Loose Lips Linda at the local roller rink, Pierre
