The situation with HPD is deteriorating. An FDH firefighter was subjected to chemical exposure, drugged, and denied medical care while in custody by a HPD Officer. Inspector O'Neil claims that no FDH were detained are false; we have records. Accountability matters. Abuse and cover-ups.
