I don’t do much cardio now, but years ago when I had to run (army..a lifetime ago) my mind wandered always. Except when I just kept thinking about how I would pass out on the road.

Every sentence contained multiple constitutional violations yet I’m sure this ‘person’ fully believes the constitution is to be upheld always. I just don’t get it (and glad I don’t understand the mentality).

The post should disappear and that sort of language stopped with whatever it takes. I don’t understand how anyone can be so awful. I will continue to love everyone and spread kindness daily.

The one I’ve posted is pretty good, but some are very scratched. Fortunately no mildew as I live in very dry climate.

I completely get that. I have my grandfather’s slides that he took from 1949 until 1966 (when he died). Overall they are in decent shape, but it’s difficult to digitize and make them flawless. I wish my photoshop skills were better and I might consider finding a pro.
