One thing to mention - I actually didn't have a reference back for this - I just could remember the composition in my head 😆 so I did my best and took a couple to ensure I got the angles right! But you're right, I should have just checked my digital copy!

I love changing the perspective of a familiar scene. I regularly drive this road, so taking a top down scene like this totally changes how I ‘see’ it now.

Long shadows at sunrise.

I particularly love the long shadow of the trees on the dark side of the barrow in this capture, which I only saw when editing this photograph. The sun was illuminating the hazy air, creating this cool effect!
