i simply don't think people are serious when making this Odegaard Musiala comparison. These players are in 2 different tiers of performances and skillsets. Weird that it's been entertained to this extent.

Hate singling out individuals when discussing a team performance but i think there are a few players that simply limit how good this team can be and it's not due to how they are used but rather the cap of their abilities at the top level.

The results are quite similar but the gulf in our setups b/w last season and this one is quite large. More in control of games and transition defending has improved tenfolds. Looking a step above every single team we faced.

Kimmich unfortunately has a different perspective under the board's eyes but i do hope Real Madrid/Man City try to persuade him into a move.
