We have a new DEIB toolkit - it is our 40th in our suite of free resources for the Diverse Educators network.

Lots of parents/ carers have been in touch to ask for support and signposting in DEIB matters. Schools have also been in touch asking for support on DEIB with parents/ carers.

Getting senior leaders onboard in diversifying the curriculum can be hard but it doesn't have to be.

My five-point framework is one I often used with schools to overcome the barriers inn place and help them become more inclusive and equitable spaces.

Unfortunately, not—at least not from a representation perspective. Many schools struggle to fill board positions, but the issue is that they're often only looking within their own networks. This narrow approach is arguably part of the problem to begin with.
