Instead, I'm advocating for something more powerful: influential DEI initiatives. These are the ones that stick, that compound over time, that become part of your school's DNA.

I'm even suggesting we move away from "inspirational" ones like an inspiring keynote on equity in schools (and that comes from someone who is a big fan of delivering an inspiring keynote)
