been on 3 different types of meds: stimulant, non-stimulant, and now on bupropion. all have helped with focus but the non-stimulant and the bupropion have also helped with ✨anxiety and depression✨ still have the Big Feels but it’s def been waaay better to regulate/notice than when i wasn’t on meds
