Another episode of "I love beating fatigue decks with Katsu" #fabtcg

Lol Ira for sure is in a better spot and still fun but I do love getting lines like this off.

Did Katsu things today. Also resolved Mugenshi twice. It was a fun armory to say the least. #fabtcg

Yellow/Blue Ninja using what normally would be low power cards to enable the hero ability for more draw and flexibility. Then if you combo the right cards, you can achieve more over rate results (Katsu) and enable more of the hero ability.

Going to make 1/2 more before a video.

Went back to the drawing board but have had a ton of fun just doing a wacky idea for an Adult Benji. Trying to fuse inspiration of current Benji and old Katsu.

At the end of the day, it's me armchair quarterbacking. I am sure they are working their butts off. But it's been a consistent trend with their socials and announcements.

Overall, it kills me seeing the pacing of some of #fabtcg's announcements. I know their season to season schedule is RIGOUROUS. But it's been consistent with any change they make (Blitz, PQ 1-Win and Done, LL Points Distro Change) that the announcements come (4/x)

Alongside this should be an IMMEDIATE announcement of what is replacing it. Whether it's Silver Age or not. There needs to be some type of storyline with WHY this is impactful. Lessen the blow to the change with an immediate positive. (3/x)

There needs to be a video/something far more in-depth context as to why. This type of announcement should not be a two paragraph article.

You have people who love blitz. Having them in the dark, even if just for a few weeks or months, creates negative sentiment that can be mitigated a lot. (2/x)

If you are going to do away with an entire format, this announcement needs to come out with several other things. The Marketing/Social Media Manager side of me is crying inside. More below 🔽 #fabtcg

I won’t miss blitz and I am excited for Silver Age to replace it if that’s what they end up doing. Just need to make all young heroes legal except the promo ones of course.

One of the things Tempest gives you is the ability to Bonds loop while saving Breeze Rider Boots which really helps late game. #fabtcg

This could easily be a 30-32 damage if you decide to Lynx/Salt.

The TLDR of Tempest is it allows you to extend into Bonds and Retrace far easier now without popping boots or additional equipment.

It’s about knowing the strength in diversity and experience. When you approach with humility, you create a table everyone feels they can sit at. And it creates a level of respect and lets people let down walls, which is how both “sides” can be heard and respected.
