It’s a slight bump up over my job now. But there’s more time off ,significantly more PTO, and 150% 401k matching. Plus it’ll give me GMP exp which I need for my resume.
I have a fair few friends on the inside and the ppl who conducted the interview have gave the go ahead so now I’m just waiting on their HR to ‘officially’ let me know.
