Oh god yes... Transporting the stuff for cons is a huge problem too 😭

Also the attendance thinks supporting artists now is to buy unofficial merch from popular ips they can show off and they ignore indie works 🥲

Yeah I think comics are not for everyone tho, but mostly when I talk with other artists at cons, they tell me 1) if they do comics/zines they don't sell as good as merch 2) they're afraid of trying and losing time and money
If tabling were less expensive maybe more artists would take the risk
