1.How truely awful the NHS was.
2.The astonishing role of AI in all our lives and why so many people failed to harness the opportunity.
3.The lack of self reliant sustainable communities.
4.The damage caused by ineffective local government

Having a lot of fun not buying USA brands. No Heinz, no Hellmans, no Coke or Pepsi the list goes on. To be honest most of the brands are sh1t anyway.

That's a very odd response. The question was pretty clear. Be more vocal about the overspend at the T3 site. Your silence allows the UHT Sussex to overspend at the cost of care in the rest of East Sussex.

@healthwatchbh.bsky.social It's a real shame that you don't do more about the awfull secondary care in Brighton. The overspend by the University Hospital Trust will take £100m from Sussex care this year. What are you going to allow the NHS to cut. I suggest the Hospital CEO and CFO for start.

Then the Gov needs to think harder. Getting the NHS to provide below EU average care would be a good start. But I doubt that's possible with the current payment and contracting structure. Perhaps a better NHSE leadership team might help.

It's pretty clear that the UK is doing the right thing with its green agenda but in completely the wrong way. I think we may be in for a period of low or no growth until UK energy prices fall to below the EU average. Eg. no AI data centres at the current UK kW price. @chriswardmp.bsky.social

Aus, Can, Ire, and most of Europe have Insurance based systems. This issue is not how it's paid for, it's the quality of the outcomes. Now the NHS is sadly nowhere near the best health service. Poorly ranked in many areas by WHO. So we need a model that promotes choice and productivity. Thoughts?

Well the Grenfell 1 and 2 renovations are going to cost in the region of £259m and that will turn into what exactly? So what's the £15m going to cover exactly?

This is not a matter for anyone other than the NHS. They continue to exploit essential workers in favour of clinicians and managers. Pay a living wage and stop complaining you don't have enough budget. Hopeless leadership of this Trust damages their own workforce and our community. #brighton

If communities in Brighton wish to change the way the Council provides services, they have to play their game. Provide evidence through their portals. It's dull hard work. Finally the complaints are more of a problem than the problem.

It discrimates against everyone. It's a simple as that. Every city that has prioritiesed people over cars has found that communities thrive. There is no magic here. People first, don't characterise a problem in terms of gender. You are missing an important point.

Evelyn Terrace bus stops closed again with no temporary stops. This after 12 weeks with stops closed. Seems cruel and unusual to do this to those that rely on buses for their mobility. #brighton #nocareforthecommunity

Palliative care (publically funded) in England and Wales is truly awfull when compared to most European health systems.That's why charities stepped in. The NHS has always been cruel and unusual when it comes to end of life.See the Liverpool Pathway if you want to see NHS cruelty in black and white.

I doubt the NHS can be trusted to provide such a service. If they try it will at the expense of the current non NHS service. My concern here, is that some belive that this bill will stop people from dying in pain. This Bill refers to the last 10 mins of life.
