I get it, it’s definitely not for everyone. I find it confusing at times too but I really like the gameplay and characters so I keep playing it. I haven’t played Genshin in a long time either and I don’t plan on going back to it tbh

I’ve been trying to reconnect back to my roots and my old interests that I haven’t really engaged with in a while. one of them being fire emblem. and I kinda wanna get back into drawing too

I had a realization that I only want friends to share interests with (like video games) I literally don’t want friends for any other reason. (Empty Pisces 11th house be like?)

at first I was like “ugh I don’t want a child unit, they’re so annoying” but now I’m like, eh this ain’t so bad. in fact I actually want 2 other child units, Clara and HuoHuo, because I love their lore.

yknow I didn’t care for Yanqing much when I first pulled him because I thought he was annoying… but now I’ve warmed up to him and I find him more endearing than anything else

and I try not to let them know I hear them talking about my hair because I don’t want them to feel bad about commenting on it, so I usually just pretend I don’t hear them say anything

I don’t necessarily care about kids much but I will say, it is always funny whenever I go out, I always hear kids say “look, green hair!” to their parents (referring to me) while I don’t want any kids of my own, it is cute 😭

I checked and I did exactly 168 pulls to get him… only 12 off from the hard pity rate 😭

now I feel like I can actually enjoy the game again and not feel rushed to grind 😭

I finally got Sunday omg, I was about to give up grinding fr. I almost hit the hard pity rate for him but somehow I didn’t. I was shy of around 30 something pulls before I hit the hard pity rate…

man it always sucks having friends who say they play video games… and yet you don’t play any of the same kinds of games. sigh

I don’t really care about gender anymore or how people see me, but I will admit, I still like being called “they” from time to time. even if it’s only because it conceals my identity.

I find it tragic that my brother did play HSR but he didn’t like it. guess I’m stuck with still not knowing anyone irl or close to me who plays this game
