Thanks, though I used to look like this so … yeah, I am a bit down on how I look currently.

It is alright. Not a lot of equipment but the equipment there is, is decent. A nice cable machine, pull-down set, a Smith machine, free weights, some leg machines. I make it work!

Regev just rolled out of bed in order to be consistent with his lifts. At least it is showing in his triceps.

It has been a hot minute since I have lifted, but since I have moved I have been consistent. There is already some improvement showing up.
