I knew I was a proper Headteacher when the staff texted me at 6:30am to ask if the school was closed due to snow.

But do you spray them with a different fabric softener so they can’t be sniffed to identify the owner?

Little known secret. Primary Head teachers have a secret cupboard where they keep the nits, they release them every year, so that the parents have something to moan about other than the parking outside.

True. I also removed children’s name labels during lunchtime.
