Besides wasting time, you’re building lactic acid at an increased rate which will weaken you diminishing your overall workout. 45 sec ~ 1.5 min between sets is the sweet spot 💪🏼

Slower movement combined with isometric flexing will really pump those muscles up. 5-8 reps of slow, concise movement. Make sure you maintain full ROM (range of motion) and proper form/posture. Form over weight.
