I tried forever for the Pikachu Immersive and never got it. Now I just want the Shaymin Full Art from this set, and I've gotten 2 Immersive Dialgas so far, no Shaymin :(

Ah ok, sorry for the misunderstanding. I'm pretty passionate about understanding why people like games and the importance of why they have a connection with it, and I thought this was against that idea, but it turns out we agree, my bad haha
Maybe I'm misunderstanding because of how this first tweet is worded, but I think the personal experiences and enjoyment people have of art is important to understanding why something might be considered a masterpiece, even if I didn't get the same enjoyment out of it.
When someone tells me a game changed the way they think, or made them feel sad, proud, or overjoyed, I think it's important. For example, I have never played the game Chrono Trigger, yet I still hold the game in high regard because of the experiences and enjoyment other people have told me.
So many games that are highly rated and considered objectively good like Ocarina of Time are usually pretty good, but the games that interest me the most are the games that left a change in someone.
I'm sorry I might be understanding the thread wrong, but I think I disagree with some of this. Speaking from a video game perspective (since it's the art I consume the most), someone's personal enjoyment and experiences with a game are fundamental to my interest in trying something.
I have been exclusively opening Pikachu packs trying to get a Pikachu EX for my deck and FINALLY I got 1 (From Wonder Pick not a pack lol)
Decided to finish all the difficulties since I had only been grind the 2nd level one, got 1 more pack, and of course look who shows up
It took so many promo packs but I finally got it LET'S GO
