Dat betreft de 'non-payment penalty' van 10%. Zie 3.1.8 van het amendement tussen beide clubs. De rente van 3% staat in het vonnis en wordt daarin steeds herhaalt.

Zelf ook nog even gekeken in het vonnis van de FIFA. Het is inmiddels opgelopen tot bijna 3,4 miljoen als ik het goed heb.

Is het te vorderen bedrag inmiddels niet een stukje hoger? Als ik mijn rekeningen twee jaar niet betaal krijg ik tientallen procenten aan boeterente en/of aanmaningen.

Best wel bizar dat Heerenveen een paar weken voor de uitspraak nog even 1,7 miljoen uittrekt voor Linday. Waarbij het maar de vraag is of dat ooit terugverdiend wordt.
