Nope. Same kind of story. Different artist though.

I had an artist on project-- decades ago-- do something so similar to a plot in the exact ways you're describing that I'd be willing to bet it was the same artist.

With my current script in, I've somehow written a year's worth of an ongoing Superman series. How did that happen?

Having the best time on SUPERMAN UNLIMITED. Can't wait till you see what Lucas, myself, and the rest of the SU creative & editorial team have planned!

Thanks for supporting our book!

a group of three spider-men are standing in a dark room ALT: a group of three spider-men are standing in a dark room

If I were the lawyer prosecuting Kristi Noem in her likely fraud case, I'd take these 3 steps:

1) Show the jury SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME.

2) Show them Kristi Noem's ad.

3) Then say, "That ad cost taxpayers $20 MILLION more than the entire budget of SPIDER-MAN: NO WAY HOME. The prosecution rests."

Hi.

As the writer of AMAZING SPIDER-MAN: RENEW YOUR VOWS and the Peter & MJ story from AMAZING FANTASY #1000...

...and as someone who's met Tom Holland on a couple of occasions...

...I can honestly say that reading about this news gave me great joy.

Superman Unlimited vol 1 by Dan Slott, Rafael Albuquerque and friends

A very fun modernizing and refreshing of Superman and his world, where Kryptonite is now less rare but traded as a commodity. Plus there’s an ape running the Daily Planet’s IT department. And a Supermanbat. And the Super-Mobile.

I think this is all an elaborate ploy. That there really IS a Tilly Norwood. But she's a trained super-assassin.

And now, whenever she pulls off an elaborate kill... if she's ever caught on tape, she can claim that THAT is AI footage.

I've read an advance copy of the 1st issue of @ryannorth.ca & @gavinguidry.bsky.social's new FLASH run.

It's GOOD!

The hook for their 1st story is one of the best setups for a modern day Flash story I've read in ages!
If today's the FOC, then you should definitely call your LCS and pull this book!

Yeah. Devoid of specific story context, that seems totally okay.
"I wanna see Hulk fight Thor" isn't really a story pitch.
At least it's not to me.

Final, IMPORTANT note...

Sending us unsolicited stuff to our personal emails is... bad. There's no nice way to say that. It's just bad.

Sending us unsolicited stuff to our snail mail is... SO much worse. That's not just bad, it's also kinda creepy.

Also...

Coming up with ideas is the FUN part of the job. Using someone ELSE'S ideas would be like eating all our veggies and letting someone else eat our dessert. :-P

Regular reminder:

Please don't send a writer unsolicited story ideas.
It puts us in a terrible place, because legally we're not allowed to look at them. Because, God forbid, we have a similar story in the drawer, the last thing we want is for you to think we're ripping you off.

Wild that the administration not only didn't bother to make a public case for war with Iran leading up to it, but doesn't even feel the need to justify it after the fact, either

Now would be a really good time for some anonymous whistleblower to release all of the Epstein files with only the victims' names redacted.

In case you’re just waking up, the U.S. has teamed up with Israel overnight to start an illegal war of regime change, apparently on a presidential whim with no involvement of Congress, and they are already committing horrific atrocities.

What are the odds that when asked about it, Mike Johnson will say he hasn't seen anything about the U.S. bombing Iran?

It'd be so nice to have a government with checks and balances.

And to live in a country with a functioning media.

If you make the "Are they still trying to make (name of thing you don't like) happen?" post dozens of times over multiple years...

...that's actually a pretty good sign that they did in fact make it happen.
