For VRC, there is a setting for this in Unity: "Blend Shape Normals" on the FBX importer. For anything other than Blender, "Import" should work, not sure if Blender supports it. "Calculate" should produce okay results there though.

I just scraped some crunchy thermal paste and the stock cooler off my 3900X. With a new cooler (and fans that can spin unaided) we're down from 110 °C, to about 70. (This wasn't intentional abuse, the stock cooler has just been working hard over the last 5 years.)
