(I can't believe its been 3 months since my last social media check in? oops. please forgive my inability to keep up with all the posts.)

In a world where some try to spread deliberate division & chaos, keep creating spaces of acceptance, peace, & authenticity. I see these as active forms of resistance.

Some of the hardest parts of having ADHD is suffering from RSD (rejection sensitive dysphoria). It makes you believe that everyone hates you basically. So I really appreciate the friends and supporters that remind me that I'm loved! Thank you for being so kind to me!
