Sweet Violet flowers are out at Castle Water. Cut through the rain and gloom and there are bright things. 💜

This is Eladrin bard Nevenna, a new #dnd commission 🤗

A light brown and white mushroom grows out of slightly mossy and fir needle-covered ground. Its stipe is white and has a bulbous and ruffled base. Its large, dome-like cap is light brown and is covered in nearly evenly spaced white patches.

I'm not positive which species of Amanita this is, but I still found it pretty enough to be worthy of a nice portrait 🍄📸

A very shiny and wet orange mushroom grows among vibrant green moss and tiny green leaves. The base of its stipe is a thick mucousy white which tapers off about halfway up to the cap into a rough, webby orange. The cap, which is a vibrant orange and is very wet and shiny, is very wide and conical in shape.

Another mushroom that I'm unsure about the species of, but am confident is some type of Cortinarius. Its got a beautiful shine!
